The whole experience is utterly British, with passengers being shown around London’s breath-taking landmarks while seated on an 1970s red double decker bus. After departing from North Umberland Avenue at 5pm, passengers will be served up an assortment of delicious treats including cupcakes, gingerbread and Christmas pudding, all washed down with the choice of British tea or coffee. The driver will then take you on a tour around Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Downing Street and Marble Arch, while embracing London’s iconic Christmas lights along the way. Depending on traffic, the wholesome tour lasts around 90 minutes and costs £45pp. The festive menu is available Monday to Sunday, until 5th January.

Christmas wreath making and cake eating
Want to do something festively productive while tucking into scrumptious afternoon tea? Well Edgerton House are hosting a unique workshop, in which afternoon tea goers can make their own wreath to take home while indulging on champagne, finger sandwiches, fresh pastries and delicious cake. The exclusive event will be ran by official Chelsea Flower Show florist Jane Wadham, who will be on hand to assist and give tips on how to make the most beautiful wreath for your front door. As well as wreath making and festive delicacies, the Victorian-style hotel has undergone a Christmas make over for your arrival. The entrance to the Knightsbridge hotel will have two elegant Christmas trees either side, complete with garlands and fairy lights to create a truly magical atmosphere for festive lovers. Afternoon tea will be tucked into first, before you’re introduced to Jane to do the wreath making. The event will be held on the 5th December and costs £90.
